| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1994 Pace Arrow Turbo Diesel by Fleetwood built on an Oshkosh Chassis with 74,919 miles (We believe 36'). This unit includes six speed automatic transaction, drivers door with power window, Panasonic reverse monitor, hydraulic levelers, FM/AM/tape/CD player, Cobra CB, diesel powered generator, washer and dryer, two Panasonic TV's and one VCR. The kitchen includes a ice maker, cooktop, convection microwave, refrigerator, dual basin sinks, dining area with two swiveling chairs, flexsteel front captain chairs, one sofa and recliner chair and two roof top AC units. The bathroom has a shower and there is a master suite with queen size bed. This RV is located at our Detroit, MI facility. |
| The exterior paint is faded. The front bumper on the drivers side has been scraped. There are a couple of scratches and scuff marks around the rest of the unit. The rear bumper on the passengers side the fiber glass is cracked and chipped over a 3 1/2 x 1 inch area. .The door handle on the main door is broken on the outside. The door will still open from the inside. The interior is in overall average condition. The carpet has a couple of stains here and there. With a few minor repairs and a detailing this would be a very nice unit. The battery charging system is not working properly. The radio does not work. The reverse monitor does power up but the picture on the monitor is either too bright or too dark to view. The power window on the drivers side is difficult to roll up and down |
