Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2000 Monaco Signature Classic 42’SO built on a Roadmaster chassis powered by a 500hp Cummins with exhaust brake and Allison transmission. This RV has an Onan Quiet Diesel 12500 genset, 3000 watt inverter, 90 watt solar battery charger, Hydronic hot water system, hydraulic leveling system, back up camera, pass through storage, and three 13,500btu AC units. The living room slides out with a sleeper sofa, leather captain chairs, overhead TV, Sony CD player, Philips Navigation system, reclining side chair and 2 chair dinette. The kitchen features Corian solid counter tops, dual basin sink, recessed 2 burner stove, microwave/convection oven and raised panel 4 door refrigerator. The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet, glass shower enclosure, make up station, and washer dryer. The rear master suite has a Queen mattress, mirrored headboard, over head TV and natural cherry hardwood cabinets. Please see estimate repairs section. This RV starts and runs well and is located at our MN facility.

The front chairs are worn, carpet has stains, step is not working, glass has moisture in drivers window, mirror damaged, closet door is broken off, the others scratched, kitchen mirror broken, and sink cover is chipped. The exterior is slightly faded, the front and rear bumpers are scuffed, there are minor scratches down sides from tree branches, the entry door handle is broken, and chrome is peeling from mirrors. There is a small hydraulic leak and coolant leak at the rear.
