Batteries and propane tanks are included. This RV is located at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA facility

The left wheel well plastic is coming off on the exterior. A set of blinds in the kitchen and in the bedroom are both twisted and bent, the carpet is stained and worn, and a pillow is torn.
