| Description: Police Impound Scooter. This scooter was impounded by the St Paul Police Dept and will be sold under a City of St Paul bill of sale. This is a CTM HS-570 electric scooter. The batteries were dead upon arrival so we did not confirm running ability. The lower plastic cover is cracked and scratched, handle bar pod is scuffed and the right arm rest is taped up. This Scooter is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility. |
