| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2002 Timberland 37QBS. This RV has a slide out living room with a folding sleeper sofa, booth style dinette, and TV hook up. The kitchen has a dual basin sink, stove/oven, vent, microwave and raised panel refrigerator freezer. The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet and shower stall/ bathtub combo. The rear has a double bunk bedroom and the front has a slide out with queen bed and hardwood cabinetry. This RV has smoke stains all over the wall and ceilings, the carpets are very stained, linoleum is torn and floor is rotted. The living room slide window is broken, kitchen sink and bathtub are severely stained. Overall this unit is in poor condition and will need some work and cleaning. This RV is located at our Jarrell, TX facility. |
