| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is an Alfa Toyhouse 40-303 5th Wheel toy hauler. The living room slides out with a leather lounge chair with ottoman, 32" TV, DVD/VCR and surround sound with subwoofer. The kitchen features a dual basin sink, 3-burner stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. The master suite slides out with a queen bed and hardwood cabinetry. In the rear cargo area are a fold-up bunk, in-floor cargo tie downs and a ramp door. This unit is equipped with an Onan Marquis Gold 7000 generator. The generator exhaust is damaged and the body is dented from exhaust, carpet has some stains, couch and possibly a chair are missing and the bedroom slide-out has an electrical issue and may need to be manually slid out. This RV is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility. |
