Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2004 Four Winds 5000 28A on a Ford chassis. This is equipped with an Onan MicroQuiet 4000 with 221 hours. Interior features an over cab bunk, folding sofa and booth style dinette. Kitchen has a dual basin sink, three burner stove top, oven range and refrigerator/freezer. Master suite has a queen bed overhead storage and joins with the shower/tub and vanity sink and toilet. Interior damage consist of a tear in material in overhead sleeper, kitchen side counter is loose and there looks to have been a little water damage in corner of counter top. Previous owner was a smoker and a pet owner. Exterior damage includes faded decals, scuff marks on right side, bent drivers step, screen door has a whole and tires are beginning to dry rot. We do not know if odometer is accurate. In transport driver noticed odometer was sticking and not turning over all the time. Odometer shows 56,118 miles on it, it starts and runs well and is over all a nice unit. This is located at our Arizona City, AZ location.
