| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2007 Kountry Aire 37KSCS 5th Wheel RV. The living room area features a Sharp LCD TV, grandfather clock, wooden table and chairs, fireplace, leather couch, 2 recliners, and central vacuum. The kitchen appliances include a convection oven/microwave, 3-burner stove/oven, solid counter tops, and sink. Bathroom amenities include a glass enclosed shower, solid counter top with sink, private toilet room with solid counter top and sink, and whirlpool washer and dryer. In the bedroom are a queen size bed with solid wood headboard, dresser space, and Sharp LCD TV. This is equipped with an Onan Marquis Gold 7000 generator. This RV is located in our Jarrell, TX facility. |
| There are 4 scratches down the entire driver’s side and 2 compartment doors do not close. A flat screen TV is detached from the mounting brackets. The satellite receiver, stereo receiver, and other electronics are missing. A recliner is stained, kitchen table is scratched, refrigerator drinking water attachment is broken and is not attached to the door. During the generator test start it did not have any gas so we are unsure if it runs. The central vacuum system has been dismantled and a valve near the water heater leaks which may mean there is damage we were unable to detect. |
