An awning is ripped and broken off of the side and the exterior has normal wear and tear otherwise. The interior carpet is stained, wallpaper is peeling, kitchen chair seat is loose, stereo CD player door won’t stay shut, damage to walls (photo), bedroom cabinet door will not shut, and the floor vent in bedroom broken.
