| The exterior decals are faded and cracked, there are scratches and dings throughout the exterior, both awnings are torn, the backup camera system has been removed, crack in rear, scratches on the left side, windshield is chipped, a window is missing a screen, entry screen door lever is missing, and the screen on the screen door is torn. The interior carpet is stained, side chair has slightly torn upholstery, dining table is chipped, bath tub is stained, and trim on the dining booth is loose. The brakes may need to be replaced.
