| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1999 Alfa Ideal 5th wheel. The inside features 3-burner stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower, and sink and in the bedroom is a place for a bed and a sliding closet. This unit has 2 slide-outs and the upper slide-out operates only. The exterior storage compartment has a large sliding storage bin. The driver’s side of this unit has a scrape starting from the lower front and ending near the center. The front upper left corner trim is hanging loosely and the wood may have potential water damage. The front looks to have been repaired or spray painted in a few spots. The entry way awning has a missing leg and is being suspended on a bungee cord, the upper slide-out trim is damaged, a vent on the roof is torn off, the ladder is bent, rear driver’s side corner trim is torn up, there is a scrape on the passenger’s side near the storage compartment, and there is spray paint around the window frames. Most of the furniture inside has been removed such as the sofa, recliners, kitchen table and chairs, and mattress. All flooring is in rough shape, the walls have screw holes, the woodwork is worn, some trim pieces are lying around loosely, and the closet door is off the track. The landing gear legs do not operate. This unit may have more damaged than we could detect. This is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility. |
