Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1992 Fleetwood Pace Arrow J37 powered by 454ci V8 engine with automatic transmission on a GM chassis. Inside, the driver’s cockpit features a reverse camera, cassette stereo system, and 13” RCA television. The roomy living area includes a large sleeper sofa, swiveling side chair with card table and booth style dinette. Kitchen amenities include a large dual basin stainless steel sink, tiled counter top, triple burner stove top, microwave oven and over, under refrigerator/freezer. Hallway leading to the rear of the unit stores the Kariba washer/dryer and is nicely lit with a sizable skylight. It also houses the bathroom including a vanity sink, toilet and glass enclosure shower stall. The master bedroom has a walk around queen sized bed, night stands, overhead storage and a wall storage unit with mirrored closet doors and television cabinet. The RV starts/runs. This is located at our Arizona City, AZ facility.

This RV needs a lot of work both inside and out. Inside the fabric covering the ceiling is falling down and the television cabinet has been damaged. The kitchen cabinetry is scratched and vinyl floor is stained. The exterior of the unit has cracks in the siding and fading in areas, some of the trim is torn off and entry door is broken. The passenger window in cab is broken and there are various scratches in paint. A rear storage compartment door is bent outwards. The batteries will need replacement to properly start and drive this unit.
