Kitchen amenities include tiled floor (has a few chips near cabinetry), solid surface counter tops with a 75/25 sink, recessed 3-burner cook top, microwave/convection oven and 3-way refrigerator with ice maker and raised panel doors. Hallway has linen storage and washer/dryer combo. Bathroom includes tiled floor, solid surface vanity sink, glass enclosure shower stall with skylight and toilet. Bedroom has walk around queen bed, night stands, overhead storage and 13” color television. This is equipped with an Onan Quiet Diesel 7500 generator (388 hrs). | Interior carpet has some stains and wood work is showing minor wear. The driver's side awning is missing, an exhaust pipe tip is bent, a few storage compartment doors are showing some rust points developing under paint at hinges and there is a crack in fiberglass near the left rear corner. The engine/coach batteries will need replacement and this will need a set of door keys otherwise this is a fairly nice unit! |
