Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2006 Mandalay Valencia 37A built on a Freightliner chassis powered y a 300hp diesel engine and Allison automatic transmission. This RV is equipped with a diesel genset with 655hrs, reverse monitor system with rear and side view cameras, hydraulic leveling system, Wineguard Satellite system, and Xannex inverter. The living room slides out with a leather sleeper sofa, booth style dinette, overhead TV and Flexsteel leather captain chairs. The kitchen features a solid surface counter top with stainless steel dual basin sink, 3 burner cook top stove, microwave convection oven, and raised panel refrigerator freezer. The bathroom amenities include a vanity sink, toilet, and glass shower enclosure. The rear master suite has a queen bed, overhead TV and washer dryer hook up. The roof ladder is bent, left rear corner is damaged causing cracks to both the rear fascia and right taillight. There are surface scratches around from brushing against trees. The washer/ dryer has been removed, climate control assembly in dash is loose and the front vents are inoperative. Overall this RV is in good condition for its age and could use just a few small fixes. Starts and runs well. Located at our Michigan City, IN facility.
