The kitchen opens up directly to a slide out which includes the dinette area, and the additional living space which has a sofa sleeper and a swiveling rocker chair. The bedroom slide out offers a walk-around queen sized bed with storage underneath, two nightstands (one with an audio entertainment system), storage cabinet, a chest of drawers, and a large mirrored wardrobe closet. The bathroom is equipped with vanity sink with storage, a glass shower door and toilet. Exterior features include an Onan Marquis 7000 genset (297 hrs), dual AC units and an Aquatronics AM/FM/Cassette outdoor sound system. Exterior shows minor scuffs and scratches. The engine starts/runs and has 61,229 miles. This is located in our Detroit, MI facility. |
| This was winterized when picked up and the water line at the toilet was leaking during the winterization. When it was picked up and moved there was a leak near the TV cabinet, otherwise this unit is road-ready. The interior could use a deep cleaning and the carpet around the engine access panel is fading. The storage drawer under the stove top is broken. |
