| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2006 Fleetwood Providence 39S powered by a Cat 350 HP engine with an automatic transmission on a Spartan chassis. This RV is equipped with an Onan genset with 271 hours, reverse camera, hydraulic leveling, leather captain’s chairs and exterior entertainment center, sink/counter and BBQ. The living room slides out with a two leather sofas (one folding sleeper) and booth style dinette. The kitchen features a stainless steel dual basin sink, stainless microwave oven, 3 burner stove top, oven and stainless refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. The bathroom amenities include a vanity sink, toilet and glass shower enclosure. Hall has a Splendide 2000S washer and dryer. The master suit has a queen bed, overhead TV and wardrobe with mirrored doors. This RV starts and runs well and appears to be ready for the road. Over all a nice RV with only 8158 miles on it; this is located at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA facility. |
| There is some minor interior damage consisting of some stains in the carpet, bedroom towel holder is slightly bent, passenger chair arm has a little tear and kitchen floor also has a small tear. Exterior has some damage as well to fiberglass in both front and rear, there are scratches and scuffs down the right side and there is one running light lens that is broken. |
