| There is some minor interior damage to the trim in a couple of spaces (next to stereo and bedroom entrance) that are partially peeled and broken away. Bedroom steps are showing wear and there is a tear in fabric in dinette bench. Table is missing. Exterior is in good shape with only some minor scratches and scuffs. |
