Kitchen amenities include tiled floor, solid surface counter tops with a 75/25 sink, recessed 2-burner cook top, microwave convection oven and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and raised panel doors. Hallway has linen storage and washer/dryer combo. Bathroom has tiled floor, solid surface vanity sink, glass enclosure shower stall with skylight and toilet. Bedroom has walk around queen bed with mirrored headboard, night stands, over head storage, ceiling fan and 13” color television. Both interior and exterior are in pretty good condition with a few minor scratches on passenger side and awnings will be needing some adjustment. This unit starts and runs well; it has 89,881 miles on it and is located at our Jarrell, TX facility. |
