| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1994 Monaco Dynasty Baron 3 powered by a 300hp Cummins Diesel engine with automatic transmission on a Roadmaster chassis. This RV features a leveling system, reverse monitor, AM/FM/CD stereo, generator (608 hrs) and two sofas. In the kitchen are a coffee maker, solid wood table with two chairs, dual basin sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, ice box and wood flooring. Further down the hallway leads to the restroom which features a glass enclosure shower, corner vanity sink, toilet, washer/dryer combo and linen closet. In the rear is the master bedroom that includes a queen size bed, a large wardrobe area and TV. This diesel pusher is very spacious inside and is overall a decent unit! This is located at our Detroit, MI facility. |
| The interior has generally average wear and tear from use and the carpet may need some shampooing. The exterior is fading from age. The windshield has a chip and there are the average scratches around the exterior. We never received the fuel and compartment door keys with this unit but they are most likely replaceable. The dash lights do not work well for an unknown reason and the batteries and tires may need replacement. |
