| Description: This is a 2006 Crossroads Paradise Point 36FL fifth wheel RV. Nice unit with several quality features. Kitchen has satin nickel appliances including three burner stove, refrigerator, and dual basin sink. It also has a black microwave, ceiling fan and dinette is a free standing table with four high back solid wood chairs. The table has scratches and scuffs from use and refrigerator has some small dents in it. Lofted living space has a slide-out, fireplace, surround sound, room for up to a 27” TV and plenty of storage. Bedroom has a queen sized freestanding bed frame, generous closet space and TV shelf/hook-up. Large bathroom has toilet, power vent, shower w/ surround glass door & skylight. Unit also comes with LG front loading energy efficient wash machine. This RV has dual propane tanks / batteries and rides on dual axles with 16” wheels and 235/80R16 tires. There is some minor wear and tear through unit with shelving and a cracked mirror; there is minor exterior damage to the siding on right side but appears there is some material that could be used to repair this. This RV is located in our Cannon Falls, MN location.
