| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2004 Alfa See-Ya 40 FD. This RV sits on a Freightliner Chassis with an Allison 3000 MH 6 speed automatic transmission and a 330hp CAT diesel engine. The cab area features burl dash and accents, hydraulic leveling jacks, backup camera monitor, and leather seats. Kitchen is ceramic tiled, has a water filter with faucet, dual basin sink, four door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and slide out galley/seating area has booth style seating , storage cabinet and room for two lounge chairs (one may be missing). The entertainment system consists of a Toshiba DVD/VCR player along with a Sanyo 10 disc changer and ceiling mounted 27" RCA television. Bedroom has a queen sized bed with mirrored closet doors and ceiling mounted television. Bathroom has molded one piece vanity sink/counter top, toilet and one piece shower surround with sky light. The RV is backed up with a Generac Quiet Pact 750 diesel generator (147 hrs). The engine starts/runs well with 13,291 miles! This is at our Cannon Falls, MN location. |
| The engine batteries will need replacement, an awning was rolled up incorrectly, the front electric entry step is aftermarket and does not work, and one of the leather chairs is showing some upholstery wear. The roof has a leaky seam (photo) which may have dripped some water into the wall near the driver's seat, we did not find any evidence of water damage. The inside could use a cleaning along with the carpet. This is a nice RV and is completely road-worthy! |
