| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2005 Dutchman Grand Junction 37QFL 5th wheel trailer. Very nice trailer with four slide outs, tandem axle and dual AC units. Main entrance opens up to spacious slide out dining area and kitchen. Dining set is a free standing table with four high back upholstered chairs. High end kitchen amenities include solid surface counter tops, 25/75 dual basin sink with water filter, three burner stove top with oven range, microwave oven and over/under raised panel refrigerator/freezer. Lofted slide out living area has twin slide outs with two fold out sleeper sofas, wall unit entertainment center with fire place and video projector unit with surround sound DVD player. The master suite slide out includes a queen bed frame with storage, wall unit storage with work station and entertainment enclosure, and mirrored sliding wardrobe doors. Also part of the suite is a glass shower enclosure and vanity sink as well as a private toilet stall. This is a very nice RV that has been well maintained inside and out. This is located at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA location. |
| The RV was claimed without keys so they will need replacement. Master bedroom will need a new mattress and interior has normal wear and tear but in overall very good shape. Exterior has some damage to a couple of the storage latches, the left side wheel well fender is partially broken and the tires are beginning to show wear. The batteries are weak but all operations performed when batteries were jumped so they will need a good charge cycle. |
