| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2002 Dutch Park Classic 8203 FLSB equipped with dual slide outs in living area and bed room. Living room features a hide-a-bed sofa, reclining/swiveling side chair and four chair settings (no dining table). Kitchen has hardwood floor, dual basin sink, three burner stove top, oven range, microwave oven and full sized refrigerator/freezer. Bathroom has a toilet, shower/tub stall and vanity sink. There is also a laundry room with stacked washer and dryer set up. Bedroom has a twin bed, overhead storage and night stands and closet storage. This unit is in below average condition having been infested with rats gaining entrance through a 3” hole in the main slide out. The damage is extensive and there may be undetected problems. The floors, carpet, cabinets, couch, chairs, etc. have all had rat feces and urine contamination. Insulation is strewn throughout unit and there is water damage on bathroom/hallway floor from ceiling leaking. Interior will basically need to be gutted. Exterior damage consists of fading/peeling decals, tires are worn and roof damage causing leaking. This is located at our Jarrell, TX location. |
