| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1998 Fourwinds Château 31 powered by a Triton V10 gas engine on a Ford chassis. This is equipped with an on board Onan MicroLite 4000 generator (163 hrs), over cab sleeper, fold out sleeper sofa and booth style dinette. Kitchen includes a dual basin stainless steel sink, three burner stove top, oven range, microwave oven and flush mount refrigerator/freezer. Bathroom has vanity sink, toilet and shower stall. Bedroom has queen bed, night stands, over head storage and mirrored wardrobe. This starts and runs and with some attention and a little work this will become a very nice RV for the family getaways. This is located at our Arizona City, AZ facility. |
| The battery in this will need replacement as it will not hold a charge. During transport to Cranky Ape the rear inside tire had a blow out. The spare is also blown so two new tires will be needed. We do not have compartment keys for unit as the ignition key was the only key supplied. There is a scrape along side the driver’s side that is hard to see in photos. It is located behind the propane compartment and that compartment door is also damaged. Inside carpet could use a shampooing and the television has been removed. |
