Kitchen amenities include vinyl floor, dual basin sink, three burner stove top, oven range, microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. Bathroom has a toilet, shower/tub stall and vanity sink. Bedroom has a queen bed, overhead storage and night stands. This is located at out Jarrell, TX location. |
| There is a smell of cigarettes/pets and thus the interior could use a thorough cleaning/shampooing of carpet and upholstery. Booth dinette is missing a leg. Blinds are bent and kitchen counter tops and sink have burn marks. Cosmetic trim work in kitchen and bedroom cabinets damaged. Damage to wallpaper in bathroom. The sliding door to the bedroom is torn off the track and bed frame looks as though it has been damaged and attempted to have been repaired. Small dent to the quarter panel behind passenger rear tire. Dent to rear door. Roof vent is cracked (some staining from water around vent area). |
