| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1997 Nuwa Snowbird 28 RK "Select Edition" 5th Wheel Trailer. This single slide-out RV includes power landing gear, heating/air conditioning, and entry awning. The living area features a sleeper sofa, dining table and entertainment cabinet. The kitchen amenities include a dual basin stainless steel sink, three burner stove top, microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. The master suite has a queen bed, night stands and overhead storage with television shelf. The master bathroom features a vanity sink, shower enclosure and toilet. This is located at our Adelanto, CA facility. |
| There are a few points of fiberglass damage: both the front and rear bumpers have cracks and there is a portion of the underside of the 5th wheel hook up that is also damaged. The awning mount was at one time damaged but has been attempted to be repaired. Inside the carpet are slightly stained but could be revived with a shampoo. There are a few blinds that are not working properly and the shower blind is torn. The kitchen fan stays running. |
