| Description: Total Loss RV. This is a BRAND NEW 2008 Thor Vortex 395TIB 5th wheel toy hauler that was turned over on the right side during transport to the dealer. The RV is equipped with an Onan Marquis Gold 5500 (0 hrs) and three slide outs. The living area features high end entertainment system with both internal and external speaker controls, flat screen television, sofa, booth dinette, overhead sleeper bunk, overhead storage, extra high ceilings, ceiling fan, AM/FM/CD and amplifier with subwoofer speaker. The kitchen features a center island with dual basin stainless sink with cabinet and drawer storage, three burner stove top with range, microwave (still plastic wrapped from factory!) and freezer/refrigerator. This area is connected via sliding glass doors to a rear sleeping/cargo bay that includes two electrically raised/lowered twin bunks, overhead storage, ramp door, and in-floor tie down rails. A central vacuum system is concealed underneath the stairway leading to the master suite and bathroom. In the bathroom are a mirrored vanity area with sink, toilet, and shower enclosure with skylight. The master suite has queen size bed, mirrored sliding wardrobe doors, security safe mounted inside the closet, flat screen TV and sliding french style door. All slide outs are operational as is rear drop away ramp/door. Please read "Estimated Repairs" section. This 5th wheel retails for nearly $70,000 new! | Starting in bedroom there are cracks in walls and pocket door; closet door is out of its track, bed base trim on right side is cracked and bedroom window is broken. Hallway has cracks in wall and window valance is no longer attached. Bathroom shower stall is partially torn away from wall…should not take much to repair this. Kitchen damage consists of island counter top freed up from base, sink faucet broken and there are dings and scratches in wood trim and refrigerator/freezer doors. Most of the living area light fixture lenses are missing. There is extensive exterior damage to siding, compartment doors, windows and entry steps. |
