From the entry door is the kitchen with dual basin sink, Atwood triple burner range/oven, Dometic microwave, refrigerator/freezer, ceiling fan, and pantry. The far rear houses the living area that includes a galley sofa, large rear window, workspace/desk, raised ceiling, entertainment center with TV connections, and place to install a chair/sofa and dining table. Up just a few stairs are the restroom and master suite with a corner shower, vanity sink, privacy room with toilet, washer/dryer closet with water connections and vent, queen size bed on slide-out, dresser, and wardrobe closet with mirrored doors. The exterior of the unit is equipped with a roof ladder and large awning near the entry door. This is at our Arizona City, AZ location. |
| The inside could use a good cleaning throughout due to an odor. The following have been removed; Dining table and chairs, recliners/chairs, and washer/dryer. The cabinetry and upholstery are in fair condition. This will need some work. The exterior has some fading and the wiring near the batteries has been spliced. |
