| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 2005 Keystone Raptor RP3612 5th Wheel Toy Hauler. Features include 2 slide-outs, rear ramp door, cargo bay and triple axle. The main door enters into the living room and kitchen area which feature vaulted style ceiling, ceiling fan, sofa, dinette booth, upper sleeping quarters with ladder access, TV mount, DVD player, 70/30 kitchen sink, 3-burner stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Just up a few steps towards the front of the 5th wheel are the bedroom and bathroom. In the bathroom are a glass enclosure shower/bathtub with skylight, shared vanity sink and privacy room with toilet. The master bedroom has a mirrored wardrobe closet, wardrobe dresser, queen size bed frame and TV connections. In the rear is a cargo bay equipped with floor tie-downs, overhead shelving, and a storage shelf. This is at our Cannon Falls, MN location. |
| The generator has been removed, there are a few scratches near the main entry door, roof ladder has a broken mount causing the ladder to hang loosely leaving a scrape underneath, there are some small dents in generally one area on the left side and a small compartment door is missing on the left side. This is in decent condition. Unit is completely road-ready! |
