The living has a nice open floor plan with large sofa with pull-out bed, slide-out dining table with two dining chairs, and wood overhead storage cabinets. Kitchen amenities include tile flooring, solid counter top, triple burner Atwood range, 70/30 sink with drinking water tap, Sharp stainless microwave/convection oven, and extra large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker. Towards the center of the RV is the restroom with privacy dividers on both sides, solid vanity sink, enclosure shower with stainless hardware, linen closet, and privacy room with toilet and vanity sink. The master suite features a queen size bed with hardwood headboard, 19" Sony flat CRT TV, wood dresser, splendide washer/dryer combo, and sliding wardrobe closet with mirrored doors. Nice unit, needs very little work, mostly cleaning. Engine starts/runs well and unit has 29,534 miles. This is at our Cannon Falls, MN location. |
| The original couch/chair is missing from the living room. There is a cabinet door in the living room that is broken and the carpet could use a minor steam cleaning. On the exterior; a compartment door was broken from the hinges with nearby scrapes and the passenger's side rear corner has a minor scrape. Unit is good to go as is, all damages are purely cosmetic. |
