| Description: Bank Repo RV. This is a 1994 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 36N RV powered by a 250hp Cummins Diesel engine with Allison automatic transmission. The 36N is equipped with hydraulic leveling system, driver's entry door, entry door awning, dually rear axle, and Onan generator with 460 hrs. The cab features a backup camera/monitor, overhead mount for TV installation, and AM/FM/Cassette stereo. The living area has a folding galley sofa, and ice box. In the kitchen are a double door refrigerator and freezer, dual basin sink with drinking water tap, Samsung microwave, Magic Chef triple burner range/stove, laminated wood flooring, and dining table with seating for two. The restroom includes a corner vanity sink, standard toilet, and glass door shower/bathtub. Master suite amenities include a walk-around queen bed, large wardrobe, and shirt dresser. This RV will need some work. This is at our Jarrell, TX location. |
| The front brake lines are leaking, leaving the front brakes weak. The hydraulic lines for the parking brake and jacking system both leak preventing them from operating properly. This had once started but now will not start. We were unable to verify the mileage. This will need a set of rear tires. The batteries will also need replacement. The exterior is faded heavily. There is a scrape about 10' on the lower passenger's side compartment door. There is a gouge in the fiberglass about 2' long and about 1" wide on the passenger's side. The front passenger's side window has become faded from the seal melting over time. The interior is worn throughout. The generator did not start and the shore power did not power any interior components up. |
