Description: Total Loss RV. This is a 1994 Fleetwood Coleman Avalon Pop-up camper. Features include 2 side beds, sink, 3-burner stove top, couch, several storage cupboards, under-seat storage and booth. This pop-up could be cleaned up and the canvas can be repaired to make for a great camper. The exterior is in good condition. This is located at our Cannon Falls, MN facility.

The exterior canvas was chewed up by mice during storage of this unit. The interior has an odor of mice and the flooring has a few stains.
