Exterior: Scuffs, scratches, and oxidation from use. Stickers cracking. Rear right corner separating. Rear left trim needs to be resecured. Caulking down left side and on front grille. Left marker light missing. Windshield seal hanging. Crack in windshield. Paint runover on surface (poorly repainted). See pictures for details.

Interior: Normal scuffs and scratches. Staining on floor. Vinyl wallpaper damaged. Table and countertop damaged. Cabinetry repainted. Fuse box under the dashboard is not mounted to the wall. Some kitchen cabinets missing doors/drawers. Paint on microwave and edge of oven. Light above dinette needs to be re-attached. Living area furniture missing. Staining in fridge and bathtub. Vinyl on bathroom countertop secured with tape. Hallway floor soft. Mattress missing and bedroom side table surface damaged.

Mechanical: Catalytic converter missing. Battery needs to be replaced.
