Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Awning is missing. Screw holes in aluminum from awning. Right side fender is cracked. Scratches. A couple small dings on rear. Siding has some stains. See photos for details.

Interior: Small hole in entry door. Kitchen floor is ripped under slideout. Trim along slideout is damaged on lower left side. Trim along bunk beds is ripped in areas. Some stains on walls. Wall outlet is hanging in living area.

Mechanical: NO KEYS. Battery needs to be replaced.
