Exterior: Scuffs, scratches and staining. Delamination on rear. Fender cracked. Adhesive residue. Caulking on roof cracking. View pictures for details.
Interior: Scuffs and scratches. Staining on ceiling, wallpaper and floor. Flooring cracked and coming up. Missing cabinet door in kitchenette. Wear to woodwork. Missing patch of flooring in rear. Some blinds and the screen door are damaged. Trim piece around door secured with tape. Slide-out floor and trim water damaged. Missing dinette, some living area seating and refrigerator.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Spare tire on (original tire blown). Front 2 slide-outs don't operate.
