Interior: Heavy carpet staining in some areas. Living room furniture upholstery is worn. The ceiling A/C has been tampered with for an unknown reason (wires hanging down).
Other: The plumbing had froze and the shower, toilet, and kitchen faucet all leak. Battery needs replacement. |
