Description: 2013 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2306 equipped with a fiberglass exterior, Murphy Bed, bunks, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: The entire roof is soft with cracking caulk. Both exterior and interior walls have been replaced. Delaminated on the front and left sides. Scratched in the rear left and the awning is damaged.

Interior: The rear interior wall has been replaced, couch is worn with tears, and the floor is soft in the bathroom/front of the Murphy Bed. The front wall and ceiling are soft/water-damaged. See pictures for details.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Missing propane tanks and the low point caps.
