Exterior: Fiberglass is cracked on the front driver-side slideout corner. Passenger side wheel lip is missing and there is a dent in the rear corner. The ramp is soft. Scuffs/dings, sun faded, and delaminated in various locations.
Interior: Water damage on the front edge of the dining area slideout. The toilet in the full bathroom is loose and has plywood underneath. Large patch on the cargo area flooring. Stains in flooring/walls. Scuffs, dings, and damage to cabinetry/wood trims/wall in areas. See pictures for details. Strong pet odor.
Mechanical: Spare tire is on (the original is present, but needs to be replaced).
