Exterior: Heavy delamination on front and in various other areas. Cab trim is separating on the front corners. Marker lights are missing on top of cab. Various scratches/scuffs throughout. Damage to compartment doors on both sides. Rear bumper is bent. Areas of the roof feel soft and the caulking is also dried/cracked. See photos.
Interior: Carpet is stained throughout and missing at the entryway. Blemishes in cabinets, doors, woodwork, and walls. Mildew odor. A few holes in the walls. Water damage in cab area. Other areas of walls are also showing signs of water intrusion. Drivers door window is off track and won't slide completely up.
Mechanical: Runs well. A/C does not blow cold. Generator turns over but does not start most likely due to low fuel level. Coach and engine batteries need charging or replacement.
