Exterior: There is a panel cover missing in the rear, the slideout seal is falling out, the clean-out pupe underneath is broken, and there is a lock and cable on the handle next to the door but no key. The door appears to have been broken into and a hook/latch has been pulled out. Scratches/scuffs/fading in the body.
Interior: The mattress is stained, the couch is broken and will not fold back in, trim on the bottom of the slide by the kitchen is missing, and the TV base and antenna run behind the blind cover above the table and will not come out without removing the cover. The bedroom door is out of the track and broken, wear, stains, and scratches in the unit.
Mechanical: The battery needs to be replaced, one of the leveling jacks is broken off and in the unit, and there are no keys with this unit. |
