Exterior: The paint is faded and the graphics are worn/peeling. The seals and trim are loose and hanging off. Scratches/scuffs/dings in the body. See photos.
Interior: There is stains/wear on the couch, mattress, and carpets. The floor in the kitchen has water damage, light damage to the flooring in the bathroom, and the trim on the bathroom counter is hanging down.
Mechanical: The battery needs to be replaced. There is no power to the unit and the slide will not operate. Both of the tires on the right side have been blown out (spare is on the right side), the left side tires are dry rotted and will need to be replaced before the unit is hauled. There are no keys for this unit. |
