Exterior: The passenger side appears to have blow out damage, rear lower facia is cracked, one hood hinge is coming off, siding is scuffed, and steps do not come out and make a grinding noise when door is opened/shut.
Interior: Seats are worn, carpets are stained, microwave top panel are missing, drawer by the refrigerator is broken (hangs), and there are rust spots in the refrigerator racks.
Mechanical: Rear axle shaft has been removed due to towing. Unit will need new seal kits and fluid before being driven. We were informed that the engine has a dead cylinder when engine gets to operating temperatures. Unit has only been lot driven and will require transport.
