Exterior: The awning is torn, the front lower storage door has a hole, and there is a baseball size hole in the roof. There is a crack in the right rear window and both tanks are held up with ratchet straps. There are cracks, scratches, scuffs, and dings in the body. See photos.
Interior: The ceiling has water damage and is hanging down. Stains and wear to the carpet/upholstery. Drawers in the bathroom are damaged and light scratches/scuffs/wear in the unit.
Mechanical: Wires to the slideout motor have been cut and will not work unless you put direct power to the motor. Tires are weathered with 25% tread and there is no build sheet found. The battery needs to be replaced. |
