| Description: 2015 Keystone Hideout 300LHS is equipped with a 9,840 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, aluminum exterior, two slideouts, master bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and an exterior kitchenette. |
Tire Condition: The tires are cracked with 50% tread.
Exterior: The front area of the roof had a leak that has been resealed. (Unsure if it still leaks). The back right window has been sealed with roof sealant, the lift arm is missing from the exterior kitchenette, and the antenna will not roll down. There is a soft spot on the bottom rear of the front slideout and on the bottom of the rear slideout.
Interior: There is water damage in the unit. There are signs of water coming through the lights, a broken cabinet door, light stains in the carpet, and the bedroom door is off the track. See photos.
Mechanical: The wiring has been cut/chewed in the unit including short power wires. We had to hook up a jump box to the wires underneath in order to open/close the slideouts. Will need to be rewired. There is no battery (will need to be replaced) and no keys for this unit. |
