Exterior water damage to front seams/delaminating to top half of the front cap/right lower front corner. Interior pet odor, wear/tear/stains consistent with age (see photos). Kitchen floor vent is broken/wall paper is bubbling near the rear. With a little work to fix the cosmetic damages, this unit would make for a nice camper/hunting cabin! |
