Description: 2016 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8289WS. This one was in a flood but still could be a nice 5th wheel as it's pretty new and has a lot of nice features/options (see pics).

Insurance loss. Flood damage. We're told the water was about 11" high on the main level. Carpet is heavily stained and some of the wood work that was under water is discolored (not to bad). Interior mildew odor. Slideouts, etc. worked fine for us and the master bedroom looks to have been unaffected. There is a crease in the front exterior panel.
