| Battery not included. Spots of delamination around exterior, lower right front corner is damaged (pic), entry steps are bent/don't pull out, and the paint is faded and graphics are peeling. Vinyl flooring and carpet are worn and have stains, bathroom mirror is broken, and there's evidence of water damage to walls and ceiling (pics). Interior musty odor. Tires are weathered with about 25% remaining tread life. |
