Coach battery needs to be charged or replaced. The rear lower exterior panel is rust stained, awning is worn/taped, and there is minor delamination throughout (possible water damage not visible). Bedroom ceiling has water damage, carpet is slightly soiled/stained, and there is a pet and smoke odor. Tongue jack is broken/removed. See pictures for further details.
