Tires (78-15ST) are weather cracked with 50% tread. Coach battery needs to be replaced. Front siding has a dent and is caulked, siding has dings, and the roof is caulked and sealed. Ceiling in right rear corner and ceiling/walls in front corners are water damaged. This trailer shows typical wear for age other than the areas noted. See pictures for further details.
