Battery is dead. The ignition switch is not working and has been bypassed. There are 2 switches to start engine...the switch next to the throttle is set to run and the switch on the right side under the seat gets flipped on (this switch runs the starter motor). Once the engine is running, flip the starter switch off, otherwise the starter keeps running. Oil around bottom of the engine, seat is shot, the mower body is bent in front, and there is play in the steering.
